Morning Energy Green Shake offers balanced sustained energy to get you through until lunch time! Not like smoothies that give short spurts of energy from caffeine and artificial sugars.
Pour 1 cup of ice into blender.
Tear open Green Shakes bag and empty contents into a large bowl.
Remove small inner bag and empty contents on top of ice.
Add vegetables to blender.
Blend on high for 3 – 5 minutes.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
